my roblox account of 10+ years got banned falsely and roblox support has done nothing to help.
okay so, about 4 or so months ago now, my roblox account got banned from the platform. the reason given is that "my alt account was breaking rules so we banned it and your account too". the main problem with that, is that i don't HAVE an alt account, and never have. i believe that most likely my account got connected somehow to the account of someone who hacked into my account in december of last year. i have tried several official support tickets and i have even gone as far as to contact the better business buero, but NOTHING has worked. my account is from over 10 years ago at this point and i'd really hate to not only lose the time i put into the account, but the memories. if anyone could help me figure out a solution in any way, or break it to me that i'm screwed and i just have to start fresh, please let me know. thank you.
