How much is the original cost of renting?
I am looking for my first condominium rental with an ideal budget of ₱15,000 to ₱25,000, plus an additional ₱10,000 set aside for utilities and maintenance. I am specifically targeting units in BGC, McKinley Hill, or the Greenfield area in Mandaluyong. I don't have a car so i won't need to pay for parking.
