Hi everyone, what’s your opinions, is it possible to make this look more natural with another transplant?

Hello everyone, I’m 27 and is I’ve got older I’ve started to lose definition in my face and losing my jawline, it’s something that I look at everyday and it’s recalling starting to get to me! Looki mg at these pictures what would be the best thing to do about my situation? As you can see when I put my head down the slightest, I look horrid ahaha, any help? Thankyou
