2018 Limited 74k miles, $40k

Looking to upgrade to a larger vehicle for our family and am set on a Sequoia. We settled on a 18 Limited with 74k miles, great service records and very little rust for about $40k. Part of me things this is a great deal and we’ll have it forever, the other part thinks it’s too much. What do you think?

9mo old sleeps in 2 hour blocks. We cant be the only ones…

We have a 9mo old boy who’s amazing. Almost
never fusses, can take him anywhere, always extremely happy. Except it seems like he can’t sleep.

In 9 months we’ve gotten a 5-7 hour stretch of sleep maybe 15 times, probably closer to or under 10. The kid wakes up almost every 2 hours. Sometimes if we’re lucky we’ll get a 3-3-3 night.

We do the same routine every night. Oatmeal an hour or so before bed, read books until he gives us an eye rub then top him off with a bottle, burp and sleep. Almost always only get 2 hours max out of this first one. I’m writing this after a huge of 2-2-3.5 after a 4am feeding.

Admittedly, we don’t let him CIO ever. If he starts to cry we take him out of the crib. I know we should but we usually only give him a few minutes to try fall back asleep instead of 10-15 because of the CIO. My wife is seriously against it. We also haven’t sleep trained and don’t plan too.

It seems like all my friends and coworkers having babies now or who’ve recently had them get almost full nights of sleep from their babies.

What are we doing wrong? We can’t be the only ones.

Thanks for listening! Need a little vent.
