Was rewatching Picollo vs Frieza 2nd form, and for a moment my eyes tricked me. Obviously i had to turn my delusion into an actuall drawing

Gigi can only exist as long as people remember her. As a result, she lives in a constant state of attention seeking. Starting as small pranks like tying shoelaces and escalating on random amounts, she insists on the same person until said person gives a strong reaction.

Either fortunatelly or unfortunatelly, your OC has become the current target. How far does she have to go and how does your OC respond?

She has normal human stats, except for great pain tolerance and the ability to remain alive and existing as long as her memory is alive in people's mind. Basically, every person who remembers her is a "savepoint" she can comeback to, even if erased from existence.

After getting a reaction, she might ragebait your OC a little more, but mostly she will attempt to leave and find more people elsewhere.

She is not necessarilly malicious, but has no moral compass and will cross any line to remain alive, and that does include hate crimes if she has to

In mu setting, strengh is directly tied to your self image and self discovery, because magic comes from the soul. Howhever, not everyone knows this, and the changes only become visible once a person becomes truly strong.

as such, i have to first ask myself if a character would know about this property of magic, and then how they use it, or if they even have the materials and power to make their own clothes. Sometimes i even subvert it a little

Elanir, a noble since birth who has a very dramatic personality, has both the means and the knowledge to make her own dresses for different ocasions.

Twart, her husband, comes from a military familly, and while he doesnt want to be strong, he has to keep a reputation. He knows how the magic system works and has to look menacing. wich is why he just wear roubes and armour, trying to look like he has some crazy ass powers while having basically none.

Militarized kingdoms such as Thoradil will use heavy propaganda and media control to control the self image of their military iniciates, making then see themselves as part of something much bigger and to fight and die for their nation, thus allowing a simple soldier uniform to have effect while being cost effective. A soldier who shows too much individuality will be often tested, and if they prove that they know themselves enough to chose their own clothes they might, but most are just whipped into uniformity.

In battlefields, soldiers will generally ignore targets who stand out, focusing only those in uniform, specifically because they tend to be stronger. Howhever, this can bite them back when the soldier who stands out has been *allowed* to stand out.

Theres one scene from the "Leviatan" book where the hivemind gives a servitor his conscience back so that it will cooperate with them. I just applied the same concept.
