Please Help

I have a blue bully and at least once a year he starts itching, gets dry skin, hair falls out, and licks his legs til they’re raw and weep. Any recommendations? My vet is no help. The only food he can tolerate is the food he’s been on since a puppy. Has an allergy to practically everything except white fish. I can include pics if needed.

Aiming help

I’ve been carrying for 16 years and just bought my first optic. I’m having trouble finding the dot when aiming. My muscle memory still wants me to find the irons. I tried having my hands higher but often find them too high and I have to point the gun down to find the dot. Most often though my hands are too low and I have to raise to find the dot. Any suggestions other than practice and range time? Looking for techniques. I really don’t want to carry this until I can find the dot instantly every time. I’ll continue to carry one of my other Glocks with irons in the meantime. Any help is appreciated!
