I've never seen this scam on Steam before. The scammer pretends to be a Steam artist, like from TF2 or other games, and tries to convince you to go to YouTube and click on a link in one of their posts. In my case, it was this Heavy item they sent me.

I put the links in Notepad for comparison. Here are the screenshots; pay attention to the links in Notepad.

(And on YouTube, it seems the comments are from bots...)
