Insanely clean low mileage 2018 3.6R Touring

Found this 2018 3.6R Touring with a modest 36k miles. The same day it was posted, I called the dealer and put down a deposit, drove 3 hours to Austin from Dallas and I couldn’t be happier with this find. It still smells new inside even after having 2 owners this thing is pristine. No door dings or scuffs and the seats still look brand new, truly a treasure. Wish they still made this engine.

2018 3.6R vs 2024 Limited XT

Thinking of buying a 2018 3.6R Outback Touring with 36k miles it was very well loved, most likely garage kept. It’s $23,995 but I can get a used 2024 limited XT with the same mileage. I wanted to get opinions on which is the better buy? It’s about a 4k difference in price. I know there are some quirks with the 2018 model, infotainment delamination etc. I like that the 3.6 is a non turbo for the long term reliability factor. But overall it’s a tough choice. I’m leaning towards 3.6, any reason I shouldn’t?
