I’m not a fan of the art work, is it acceptable to paint my own look of the character over the original picture as an alter ?

I feel like the art work is a little lazy and cartoonish and I wanna add some more detailed artwork work to it. I might eventually join a casual local tourney at a game store and would I be in able to use it if I painted a new art to it? I wouldn’t alter any writing or symbols. Just the main image of the character .

Just got hired for working in a fab shop.any advice?

Was able to get a job in a fabrication shop with a steel company that works on a lot of industrial steel and they use a lot of dual shield welding. I’ve been at a welding school for almost 2 years now learning each of the process processes currently I’m on the last process to learn, which is Tig welding and while I’m on my school break, I was able to secure a welding job at this fab shop. That does a lot of dual shield welding. out of all the wild process, I was able to secure welding certs for dual shield and that helped increase my odds to get hired. This is also one of my buddies uncle’s company so that was also in no way I was able to get in. They are gonna work with me on my regular job in school schedule and basically said for a while that just to come in whenever I’m available to work a shift but not to leave my daytime job and leave school yet until I’m ready to transfer a full-time into this job just so they know I like it enough

Essentially a brand new welder fresh From School and I don’t really count School as experience so basically your experience with a little bit of knowledge

I don’t start for three weeks and I’m currently on school break but from a few things that I’ve got when I first went in to do some demos and assessments was a use a lot of the weld symbols from blueprints and the lead guy told me to get some fillet gauges. I bought a textbook on blueprint reading that I’ll start reading before I actually start and I also bought the fillet well tool

Is there any advice anyone can give me to have a better chance of succeeding and becoming a valuable worker at the shop?

I’m a welding student and pretty soon I wanna start looking for a job but I don’t know how to go about doing so. How should my resume look and what information should I make sure to put on it. What’s some advice one could give to someone looking for a job in the welding field
