What do you all do for a living?

Just curious more than anything.

I've done shift work pretty much my whole working life.

Also, do you actually enjoy the night shift? I really like it personally.

Conquering Anxiety Through Horror Games!

Hi all!

Just wanted to share this concept I've came up with regarding dealing with anxiety in day to day life.

Does anyone think this will actually work? Or make anxiety worse!?

'Horror can toughen you up by providing a safe, simulated environment for your body's fight-or-flight response to engage, which can build emotional resilience and coping skills. The controlled "stress" of playing scary content allows you to experience tension, process emotions, and then calm back down, which can act as a form of mental training to regulate your emotions and handle real-life stressors more effectively.

Research suggests that viewers who engage with horror content may display greater resilience, using it as a way to confront anxieties in a manageable way.

By experiencing fear in a controlled setting, you can develop a sense of mastery over your emotions. You prove to yourself that you can handle these feelings, even if they are intense.

Facing anxiety head on will prove to your brain that the situation is not as dangerous as it is.

Horror Will Fight Your Fears.
You Will Become Fearless'

Anybody else noticed the deals section has been removed from the app? I'm currently at work so I'm not sure about the PS Store in general.

Any explanation?

I know Sony's been in a bit of hot water lately, I wonder if there is any connection?

Good morning fellow zombie slayers. Just a quick one.

I'm a big fan of the franchise and I've just started playing Dying Light 2 but I'm struggling to get into it!

Do I need to give it a good few hours? Like, is it worth my actual time?

DLTB is on offer on the PS store and I'm tempted to buy it. But I don't know whether I should stick out DL2 for now, or blow it off and buy DLTB.

I've done a bit of homework and I know that I don't HAVE to play DL2 in order to play DLTB.

Edit - Thanks guys. Gonna sink my teeth into DL2 on weekend. Much love
