Burrowing grass or regular allergies?

My collie had some itchy paws trouble last spring and summer after the move, but this year has gotten worse.

I'm aware and protective against foxtails and similar grasses, but he still gets regular little grass awns(pic 4) all over his legs every day. They're not jagged/serrated, and don't often hook in his skin to create a pinprick wound, except between his toes(pic 3). I'm cleaning the yard right now, and he's forbidden from one of his walking spots.

This morning after a walk, I found two sticking into the area(pic 2) where hair comes out of the perimeter of his nail. There was a little bit of pus. I'm concerned if this is an area these small gass awns can pierce and begin traveling through.

He doesn't yelp or wince when I investigate, but he's chewing his hind paws all the time nowadays(pic 1). There's minimal ithcing on the rest of his body besides a good face itch after he spends time digging.

Is it likely he's gotten several grass awns up inside his foot?

I haven't found any entry wound areas elsewhere.

Share Spells (Teamwork), does it grant the full ability?

Spare Spells (Teamwork) says "You can cast a spell with a target of “you” on an ally as a touch spell, as per the share spells familiar ability, so long as the ally possesses the Bonded Mind feat."

Share Spells, the familiar ability, also says:

"A wizard may cast spells on his familiar even if the spells do not normally affect creatures of the familiar’s type (magical beast)."

Does this effect apply to your allies too, since it's "as per the share spells familiar ability?"

If it does, what spells would you cast on your allies?

Awaken?

The mole is maybe a day old, the pocket gopher is 10 minutes old. I haven't worked on something in a long time. Any advice/suggestions?

Out of curiosity I opened a dresser I found at an apartment complex. My guess is someone got kicked out and their stuff got thrown away, cuz it had everything in it. Bunch of clothes, a drawer with some video games.

But I found someone's food stamps card and college student ID, and a bottle with some non-regulated medication. Do I take it to the apartment front desk, the police, or what?

And what do y'all think, if this person's stuff got thrown out without their knowledge, is it all right to keep anything?

Edit: I left a note taped to the dresser if they contact me as the person on the card, if they want their "stuff" which is the games, weed tools(there wasn't any weed), and camping stuff(they might need it 😬). I was going to send the cards through the post office I suggested, but if he just got kicked out then It'll just go straight back to a PO box he can't get into. If I have time I'll swing by the school and see if they can call him and hold his stuff.
