Roommate loves to study w/ lights on

For context, i am on my last night ever in a college dorm room. I can't do anything atp and am just venting

tl;dr roommate stays up way too late sometimes, knows it is an issue for me. claims that i do the same to him despite never asking me when

Finals week is right now, and currently i have my last final at 7:45 this morning (its 1:30)

I told my roommate i was going to bed at 11:30. He knows i have trouble falling asleep when the lights are on. I have had this conversation with him before. At around 12, i recommended he go to bed instead of cramming since he wouldn't get any sleep either (he's taking the same exam), he says no (he's able to fall asleep within 10 minutes of getting in bed, of course...)

it has now been over 2 hours since i politely asked him to go to bed, turn the lights off, and/or study somewhere else, and he is still cramming with his bright ass white desk light that does not properly focus the light downward. I don't feel like confronting him because 1) i don't want my last interaction with him to be an argument and 2) it probably would result in me being even more worked up

and no, i wasnt on my phone the whole time, i literally JUST got on it because i needed to vent

edit: i asked him again. he said "just go to bed," i explained for not the first time that it wasn't as easy for me, after a little back and forth he finally went to study somewhere else, but as he was gathering his things he complained to *me* that i was loud at night the entire semester, since i would occasionally stay up late talking to my international friends, but he told me that he was a heavy sleeper early on in the fall and NEVER brought up anything in the morning about me being too loud. i would have not done it again if he had asked me. he claims that he did, but i genuinely do not know if he is telling the truth about this, since i would have my headset on while talking. he did not ONE TIME think to ask me before bed/in the morning that i keep things quiet. THIS INCLUDES DURING THE TIMES I HAVE PREVIOUSLY ASKED HIM ABOUT KEEPING THINGS QUIET/DARK. it has been EIGHT MONTHS of roughly the same routine, and i would do this three times a week at most. I also apologized for my own noise and thanked him for moving.

dell laptop keycap not going back on

I have a dell laptop, and it's relatively new. the D key popped off recently, and I'm not able to put it back on properly. From my amateur diagnosis, the hooks attached to the body of the laptop are not properly connecting to the plastic piece that connects the keycap to the laptop. there are four hooks at each corner of the space where the keycap goes, but the bottom two specifically seem to be not connecting, meaning whenever i press the D key slightly above the center (as in, the half closer to the screen) the bottom (as in, further away from the screen) pops up and then the entire key follows. I'd post a photo of what i mean, but I can't for some reason.
