Sundance episodic lab extension waiver code anyone?

I know Sundance always has a bunch of extension codes out and I wondered if anyone had any? Thanks!

How has blood spatter analysis changed since the 1970s? In practice and academics

I’m looking over older cases that were build on evidence that wouldn’t hold much weight in 2026. Any other examples besides blood spatter would be very welcome, thank you!

AITAH for getting annoyed about my roommate’s sensitivity to noise and any loud sounds?

I’m going to try to be as fair as possible, I can’t even tell if this is silly or if I’m overreacting lol

My roommate and I share a wall, and our rooms are at the top of a flight of stairs in a pretty old house. She’s very sensitive to sounds, gets disturbed easily, and has trouble sleeping. She even had white noise machines in the tiny corridor outside our rooms, right outside my door and I used to hate it. She was fine when I told her and moved the machines to her room. She’s told me to walk very softly when I go up and down the stairs, and to be soft and slow while turning the door knobs to my room and the bathroom, and not shut the doors without turning the knobs first. I did it. She’s also right next to the bathroom, and she told me to not turn the shower handle on and off multiple times while I shower because it’s squeaky and loud in her room. I usually like to turn off the water when I’m shampooing or lathering up but she wanted me to keep it on and only turn it off once I’m done so there’s as little squeakiness as possible. I did all of this without any complaints. She’s even requested that I don’t go down and up the stairs too frequently after 9pm since she goes to sleep early and it disturbs her. I try my best to follow all these things and accommodate her.
She’s recently again told me that I’m not turning the door knob enough before opening my bedroom door and it wakes her up in the morning. I have over the door hooks on my door so there is a low click when I open the door that I can’t avoid.

Am I crazy or is this getting ridiculous?

Recommendations for affordable fitness options please!

Looking for something under $70/month (I’d like to go 2-3 times a week max). Gym is definitely an option but I wondered if there’s anything else like yoga, weight training, Pilates, or zumba etc. that might fall under these prices? Please ignore if it’s too low. TIA!
