About to pull the trigger on an 05 ls430 no air suspension option (Custom Luxury Package) with 90k on the dash, dealer installed timing belt, tensioner, power steering, brake fluid, and fuel injection service, is this worth buying? Going to pay a tad north of 10k. Anything I should be prepared for as far as getting it to baseline? Let me know! Thanks everyone !
