Need help on the front side post dent happened. Should claim with insurance from service center or any third party suggested to fix

I need help in fixing this patch on car bonnet. Tried hard wash but still it’s not washing away. In picture it’s showing dim but actually it’s kinda white spot. Should I go for paint correction from showroom or any other suggestion.
