Would love to know the best settings for the Facecam 4K, to actually make it look like crisp 4K. I’ve tried a few YouTube videos. But it’s simply not 4K clarity. As a reference, I can’t post my latest YouTube video’s link, but it’s definitely not “4K clear”.

I bought that new Cyberia shirt and mouse mat last week. I got the tracking info a few days later, so I assumed it was already billed to me, and was on its way. It wasn’t. So this morning at 6:30AM, I got a text from my bank that they denied a charge for, what turned out to be, the exact amount of my LTT order (I didn’t realize this at the time). I checked the tracking, and there’s no movement. Makes sense that if they hadn’t shipped yet, maybe they hadn’t charged yet. I logged into my bank account and clicked the box for “I do NOT recognize this charge”. So they kept it denied, canceled my debit card as “compromised”, and are sending a new one. Again, it turned out this was for my LTT order. In MY defense, on the charge, the “MERCHANT NAME” field is listed as “SHOPPING”. How exactly was I to know that THAT means “Linus Tech Tips”, “Creator Warehouse”, or even “LTT Store”? They really can’t give a more descriptive name than “SHOPPING”? And it’s been a little over a week since the order which I thought was already billed to me, so I didn’t think it was that at first.

Is there ANY way to reverse this, or do I need to just wait for the new card, and re-purchase? And can’t they use something other than “SHOPPING”?

Yes, I’ve already contacted LTT support. Was hoping to get responses from others who may have had the same or similar experiences.
