I setup my newly purchased cfs-c with my k1 and its working. I have dozens of filament spools (non-rfid), with all the filament settings tuned over time stored in filament profiles in the creality print slicer. How to use them with the cfs-c? Is there a way to override cfs-c filament setting? Or a way to transfer them from creality print to the cfs-c?
I asked the ai bot at wiki.creality.com and got the answer below. This is a bit crazy making.
"Currently, there is no direct method to override or replace the CFS-C filament settings with Creality Print filament settings on the K1. You can adjust print parameters within Creality Print software, but the filament information loaded and recognized by the K1 is controlled by the CFS-C system itself.
If you want to customize print settings, you can do so in Creality Print, but the filament profile used by the printer during printing will still be based on the CFS-C system's filament data."
