KGhost segments?

Hi,

Can KGhost for Hammerhead be used in a way similar to Strava Live Segments, but only for my own personal records?

Specifically, I would like to:

  • manually create/draw my own segments by defining a start and finish point;
  • have KGhost automatically notify me when I enter the segment;
  • during the segment, show my current time/difference compared only with my own personal best time for that segment;
  • notify me when I reach the end of the segment.

I’m not interested in KOM/QOM or comparing myself with other riders. I only want to create my own segments and compare my current effort against my own best effort on each segment.

Is this possible with KGhost? If so, what is the correct way to set it up on a Karoo 3?

Suunto Race S and 185mm wrist

Hey guys, ​I'm looking to grab the Suunto Race S, but the official specs say the stock strap only fits up to 175mm. ​My wrist is 180mm. Will the original strap be long enough, or am I going to run out of holes? ​If anyone with a similar wrist size has the Race S, how does it fit?
