Hi, I’m looking for general advice, not a diagnosis. I’ve had these dark, dry-looking patches/spots on my inner elbow crease for a few months now. It doesn’t hurt, and I don’t think there’s pus, bleeding, bad smell, or open wounds. The area looks darker than my normal skin and a bit rough/dry. I’m wondering if this could be irritation, eczema, or a reaction from a cream/product I used before. Should I see a doctor or dermatologist for this, especially since it has lasted this long? What details should I watch for?
