Recommendation for a Chinese slow/recovery shoe to replace stolen shoes.

Hi all,

Unfortunately someone has stolen my recovery/slow run shoes off my front porch. They were the Puma magnify nitro 2.

I'm currently in my marathon training block and doing 50-60kms p week and need something plush that will protect my feet.

I'm looking for recommendation for a Chinese shoe to take over the magnify nitro 2. The more cost effective the better. I would probably only want to spend $100AUD/$75USD.

My recovery runs are around 6:10-6:30km p min, I'm 70kg.

My current rotation is as follows:

Puma Velocity Nitro 3 for daily miles (I find them too firm for recovery runs).

Adidas Evo SL for Tempo and faster pace efforts. I'm using these as my recovery run shoes due to the foam but finding it hard to run "slow" in them.

Superblast 2 & Megablast for my long runs. I find the SB2 too firm for recovery and megablast too bouncy...I'm finding it hard to run "slow" and keep my cadence high.

Thanks in advance for your help and advice.

Help with loud ding sound when holding black key

Hi all,

I'm not a musician so I don't know much about digital pianos.

My son is only 3 weeks into learning the piano and we noticed when he holds some of the black keys for a few seconds, it makes a loud ding.

My son has found it rather annoying when practicing.

Any idea how to fix this issue?

I tried chatgpt and it told me to do a factory reset which I have but the issue is still there.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
