I’m looking for co-working / office share in the Winslow-ish area.

Office Ex-Pats seems overpriced for what you get, so I’m looking for an alternative or someone looking to rent out some of their existing space.

I mainly just need a place to set up and quietly write/take a few zooms. I work for a legal tech company, so pretty straightforward work.

I am looking at buying this used i3.

It’s mainly for very local daily usage. Sub-25 miles a day, suburban PNW conditions. Just looking to save on gas while having a relatively fun little car to zip around in.

This would be a second car for a family of three (including one teenager of driving age).

I’ve been using Gemini to walk through the potential downsides (battery degradation, the AC problem with this particular year, etc.). But want to get any human opinions. Gemini gave me a playbook to walk through with the dealer.

Any thoughts/advice. I’ve never bought a used EV (used to lease a Bolt), or any kind of BMW.
