So I'm around 4 months pp and honestly i feel so discouraged and disconnected from my own body with how different it is since giving birth. I know my body would never be the same type of thing but I was 98lbs (44.4kg) before giving birth and after giving birth i was 144lbs (65.3kg) and i've lost around 13.8lbs (6.26kg) since giving birth in January. I feel discouraged because i feel like im not making any real progress towards getting somewhat of my old body back...
