Venture X and CSP?

I am looking to add the Venture X, but currently run the Chase duo of CSP + CFU. Do you like the venture x with the CSP? Is it a good card that compliments the setup? Thanks!

Struggling with next card decision

Sounds cliche but with the CSP + CFU in my wallet I am conflicted. I keep going against the Venture X, Amex Gold, and the Marriott Boundless with the idea of making it a Ritz next year. I am conflicted because I heavily value United, AA, and Marriott. With my three options I only help my Marriott idea. United is supplemented by my Chase Duo, but I lose out on AA. Maybe that is good? I can then just pick a United card and supplement that aspect better? I travel domestically 3-5 times a year, and am based out of a United hub. I stay at Marriotts every time I travel, so looking at 10-15 nights a year on average, but recently 25-35 nights a year. I’ll add in some of my spend below. All help is welcome, thanks

CFU - opened in 2021
CSP - opened in 2025

Dining - $450 monthly
Groceries - $375 monthly
Gas - $175 monthly
Travel - $6,000 - $8,000 a year split 35-65 between flights and hotels
Miscellaneous - $650 monthly

How would you rate this setup?

Always looking for a fresh perspective on my setup. It’s not the best by any means but it really hits on my main spend categories. Those being, gas, groceries, dining, misc spend, and direct to airline purchases. I mainly transfer points to United and AA. Thank you for your fresh insights.

CFU - 1.5% on everyday spend
CSP - 3x on dining, 3x on gas, 2x on travel, main transfers to United
Citi Strata Premier - 3x on groceries, transfers to AA
Venture x - 2x on everyday, lounge access, easy value

What setups do you run and why?

Like the title states. I have been looking to add the Venture X to my wallet, but I feel like I’m in too deep with Chase. Do you like your setup? Why do you run it? How much value do you extract every year? Thank you for the help!

What cards do you pair with your CSP?

What’s up everyone. Just seeing what cards you have paired with your CSP? And why! Do you still value it after the refresh? Thanks!

I currently paid mine with the CFU. I really don’t like category cards which is why I don’t have the freedom/freedom flex. Yes I know losing good value. I plan on getting the boundless and upgrading to the Ritz, but still undecided.

Is the Venture X still worth it in 2026?

Looking to add it to my setup, but with the recent changes I thought I’d ask those who have it. Does it still hold all the value it held when you first got it. Do you rely on it daily, or has it been replaced in your setup. Just looking for general thoughts. Seems the YouTube space is going away from it, just wanted to see what everyone else thinks about it.

Bilt Palladium - is it worth the hype and annual fee?

In hindsight with this card getting so much hype, and the effective 3.33x earning you can get on it. Is it really worth the hype and annual fee? Would you recommend it to someone who doesn’t have rent or a mortgage yet? What kind of setups do you run using this card?
