LG refusing to replace a panel for a month old TV because of burn in.

This is a followup to my previous post https://www.reddit.com/r/LGOLED/s/dPpG3GWRZT

I spoke to LG about my potential burn in on my month old C5, and they are going to send an engineer but the lady on the phone informed me that if it is burn in, their warranty doesn’t cover it?

To me that’s ridiculous, but also from reading online, burn in shouldn’t produce a brighter image on the section of tv it is effecting, but rather should be dark. So I’m just not sure what to do, and what to say when their technician comes and looks at the tv.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

(luckily amazon has offered me a refund if LG decided to do nothing about it.)

LG C5 burn in after a month?

I noticed this hours and ago and ran a pixel clean, it then fixed itself for a few but its back. I do have a skylight above it and of course try to reduce light as much as possible from hitting the tv, and from observation it isn’t the top right that gets hit by light, especially in such a weird square shape… and advice? i’ve only had the tv for a month.
