Costa Rica eSIM not working
Hi,
I bought an eSIM through the App before my travel to Costa Rica.
I activated it before and after landing yesterday it just doesn’t work. I‘m connected, the eSim is selected for mobile data but websites won’t load at all.
This is really frustrating as I’m relying on mobile data for navigation.
I just tried all possible steps with the AI chat bot in the app but nothing fixed my issues.
