P setting

I have the PB700 wood pellet smoker/grill. I am trying to understand the p setting. I know what it is, and its function. What I am struggling with, is knowing what it is set at. I see no indicator on my control panel.

Short clip of me pressing the button but no indicator that I can see.

Can I use poly coat to seal a challenge coin?

I am making my own Baseball Shuffle board (https://www.unpluggedarcade.com/baseballshuffle).

Instead of using blank brass discs like the official version I want to use challenge coins. I have several that are all the same diameter. If I drill a small hole so that they are level with the board surface will poly coating them be enough to seal them in place?

Pedestrian trails, a rant.

I nearly hit a pedestrian today down by UW as I was on the pedestrian trail. I was maintaining 13mph (according to my Garmin). I announced on your left as I approached a single pedestrian who was walking appropriately on the right and as I moved to the left some numpty on an e bike was suddenly there with zero announcement. I swerved to avoid them and then jammed on my brakes missing the pedestrian by inches. The ebike rider did not stop or acknowledge the incident. They were going 18-20mph at least. I checked on the pedestrian and apologized for the incident. To be clear, and this is a hill I will absolutely die on, I was not at fault.

- Slowest traffic has right of way on pedestrian/bike paths.

- I announced my presence and intention to pass.

- there was no incoming traffic

- I was going at an appropriate speed for a pedestrian path.

If you're on a pedestrian path don't be a cunt (the bad kind, the word seems to confuse Americans).

For those that don't know how to use a bike path the city has a useful guide here:

Also, as a safety fyi: get rid of the noise cancelling headphones. If you're wearing headphones leave the left one off so you can hear what is happening to your left. This is where 90% of traffic is coming from with the exception of bike lanes on the left side of the road like Johnson. This isn't even something you should do exclusively for pedestrian paths. You should do it in general for your own safety. You make yourself more of a target when you take away a primary sense.

How over or under rated is ADR?

My law school has mentioned their ADR courses numerous times and really encourages people to take those courses.

Is expertise or extensive coursework in this field seen as valuable for hiring purposes? How applicable is the knowledge and skills from ADR across different practice areas?

I started buying stock in June 2025, so far I am up 1,300 and currently have a portfolio worth 4219 (Robinhood says I'm +45%). I add 100-250 per pay check, I'm maxing out my retirement so I'm not sure this is necessary but I figure it is a good habit to have. I'm learning along the way.

What is stock Lending? Robinhood pushes me a lot of notifications stating I'm not utilizing it. I don't entirely understand what it is, and everything I have read makes it sound like it is all reward with no risk (which is not how money works).

So what is it exactly? What are the risks? What are the benefits? With such a small stock account (relatively speaking, I understand 4k is a lot to a lot of people), does it benefit me or is it better to wait until my account grows to really get a reward that makes the risk(s) worthwhile?
