I really hope not seeing other players’ loot is just a closed beta thing

Really disliked not being able to see loot dropped by other players.

Even when there are people all around you farming, not seeing anything actually drop from their kills makes the world feel weirdly empty. It almost feels like you're surrounded by fake players running around in the background rather than people who are actually interacting with the same world as you.

Seeing other people's drops was such a small thing, but it made maps feel more alive. And honestly, when you're poor and you walk by a bunch of loot someone left behind, seeing all of it on the ground just feels good lol. Even if you can't pick it up immediately, it adds to that classic MapleStory feeling.

I really hope this was only a closed beta limitation and not an intentional design choice for the final version. Hopefully this was something people mentioned in the beta feedback, because I'd really like to see other players' loot come back.

Random Rust on a Lexus RX 350 2020

I just noticed these scratches and raised/bubbly spots on the roof of my 2020 Lexus RX 350. I’ve never put anything on the roof, so I’m not sure what caused it.

Could this be damage from snow/ice removal, branches, something from a previous owner, or does it look more like a paint/clear-coat defect or rust starting underneath?

I’m mainly interested in repairing/stopping it from getting worse. I don’t necessarily need the whole roof to look factory-perfect.

How Useful Are WDEF and Guard for Survivability?

Hi, I was curious about how WDEF works in this game. I hope it improves survivability by a decent margin, but I’ve seen some comments saying that WDEF is basically useless.

It would be a shame to have stats that serve little to no purpose. I’ve always disliked that in games. I understand that WDEF might not be very valuable for market trading, but I like the idea of having the option to invest in it yourself. If spending some money to increase weapon defense noticeably improves your survivability in the long run, it could also reduce the amount of money you spend on potions and other consumables. That would make it feel like an actual investment and give players more options for adapting their builds and playstyles.

So, how useful is WDEF in practice, and how exactly does it affect survivability?

Also, how does shield guard work?
