15 year card member Travel Insurance is Garbage
First time I ever needed to use the travel insurance from my Chase Sapphire. All these years I thought I had a premium card. WRONG!
Showed up at Boston Logan (we are from denver) for a flight to BCN, and Iberia rescheduled our flight to the next night WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION.
Stayed the night at the airport hotel. Iberia rescheduled our flight with American through PHL. Well this flight was delayed to where once again we weren’t going to make it to BCN in time for our Croatia connection.
Sapphire travel insurance: we only cover if it’s weather related. Are you fcuking kidding me!?!?
BCN was not our final destination so this means we miss our next flight to Croatia.
How can they reschedule a flight to a different day?
And Chase Sapphire Travel insurance is terrible! No coverage because it wasn’t due to weather!
