Is my disc ruined

This game is very rare and expensive online, and I recently had my PlayStation shoot out the game from the disc drive onto the floor, and bounced on its side once. I’m getting an error now when trying to use it.

Is there any hope of repairing the disc or is it done for?

Anywhere in town do Blu-ray Disc repair?

One of my games hit the outer edge of its surface and has the tiniest dent/raise on it and is unreadable now. I don’t trust myself enough to try to fix it because it’s worth a lot online now. Anywhere in town do repairs on that kind of thing?
