So I’m on my notice period, and my last working day is 23rd June. I have heard that Deloitte messes up with the bonuses of people who are currently serving their NP. Is this true or will I get my full bonus?

There are certain people who I know got their expected bonus but just wanted to be sure😬

Hey people,

I am currently working as an analyst(data engineer) at Deloitte USI bangalore location ( CTC is less than 12 LPA, yoe - 2.5 yrs). I joined as a campus hire here and I am planning to make a switch. I have an offer ( CTC ~ 28 LPA, 22 fixed 3 variable bonus and 4.75 relocation) but it is from Mumbai location. I am currently serving NP and 1 month has passed I don’t have any solid leads, I am applying but getting no responses as of now. I want to stay in bangalore and not move to Mumbai due to personal reasons. I wanted to know that there are still 2 months left in my NP. Is there any probability that I’ll get a similar or better offer in bangalore?
