If you use glycine for sleep, do you use powder or capsules? What do you find most effective? I want to experiment with it, but I’m not sure which route I wanna go. Obviously capsules would be much more convenient, but if powder is more effective I’d go that route.

If you’re on oral estrogen/estradiol how much are you taking? I’m currently taking 1mg every morning and my night sweats have stopped. (Yay!)
