Hi all, This doesn't feel right, doesn't smell right, doesn't smoke right, doesn't taste right.

I think that I saw what I wanted to see and harvested way too early, can I get some affirmation?

This is today, at the end of a 14 day dry/cure. Buds aren't crunchy, but hard-ish like an unripe tomato.
