I recently started watching the anime Mao, and I noticed that there are two different versions of the English subtitles. I was wondering if this was a case of an official sub and a fansub, or if there actually happened to be two different officials sub translations, maybe from different regions?
I know the new player came out a while ago, but I genuinely can't stand it. My biggest gripes are the fact that you can no longer fast forward by 5 seconds, you can't select video quality, and switching from sub to dub loads an entirely new player.
To fix this, I've been using the extension CrOptix, but as of recently, it no longer works on Firefox. I tried to use Tampermonkey to fast forward by 5 seconds, but it tends to freeze when rewinding too many times.
Does anyone know of any extension that might fix some of the things in the new player? My biggest concern is fast forwarding by 5 seconds, so if anyone knows an extension that could do that, or a fix to the Tampermonkey issue, I'd be very grateful.
Does anyone know if the Mao anime will be getting an English dub? If it will be getting a dub then I want to wait for it to come out to watch it, but if not I'm fine with watching it in subbed. I just haven't heard anything about a dub, so I was wondering if anyone else had.
I'm looking for some new wireless headphones to use with my PC.
I don't want to spend more than $500, and I live in the US. I only want wireless headphones, with low latency and preferably a wireless dongle. I only plan to use these at home on my PC, for gaming, movies and shows, voice chatting, and listening to music. I'm not too picky on the balance, but I want to prioritize watching shows and movies, specifically being able to hear voices clearly, and it would also be nice if they sounded good while playing games. I would prefer if the headphones had an app for EQ, but I don't really need it. I've never had any good headphones before, the only ones I've had have been Razer, but I didn't mind how they sounded for the most part.
