I have been feeling very lost in life currently—I still live with my parents, struggling to find a job, low motivation and disciple, and overall just feeling unsatisfied with life. I left school in later '24 where I worked at a restaurant for a year. I met some people there in which I became mutual with but never close. Now in 2026, I have become unemployed (due to the business going bust), struggling with studies, and have lost my trust in my parents as a result of my behaviors (do not worry they're not hurt in any way). I know what I want to do in life, yet I feel so fucking lost at the moment. I hear that "Your twenties are the hardest years in your life. There's a lot of change", but I am struggling to see hope and to find a purpose.

If you have felt like this, do you have any suggestions which hopefully can help me through this period of my life?
