I hear a loud static/vibration type noise from under the dash randomly when driving. Is this a common issue?

The car is new to me.

I am considering buying a 2019 Ford Fusion Plug-In Hybrid due to the overwhelming amount of positives that I have read on Reddit, which is rare! I am not very familiar with PHEVs or Fusion Trims, so please help me below because there are a few things that aren't quite making sense to me.

1. Seller claims that the car is a Plug-In Hybrid.
   • I verified that this is true in person, but the VIN does not match this description. The VIN does match from both title and under the window.
2. The ENERGI should only have been delivered with the Titanium trim
   • The car did have reduced trunk space and a plug-in port, but the interior trim did not look like other photos online. Ford's website also says that all ENERGI models should have both heated and ventilated seats. I only saw an option for heated seats.

Is it possible that the VIN for the car is wrong? The price seems great as the car is just around 100K miles, but there are just a few things that aren't adding up and give me pause. Pictures attached of trunk and interior.

Edit: The seller confirmed that his listing of a 2020 Titanium Energi was inaccurate and the car is actually a 2019 Hybrid SEL. Thank you all for the help
