How do y'all approach logging nutrition on vacation / weekends?
I've found that it's pretty easy for me to log the normal foods that I eat on a daily basis during the week, whether it be groceries or the occasional fast-casual meal that has nutrition information.
I've found it difficult when going out to eat with friends, going on vacation, etc. that it's harder to come up with a good estimate of my calories.
I'm just curious how y'all approach that - do you just try to use the AI to get as close as possible? Do you just not log on weekends / vacations? If you don't log certain days, will that screw up my data / insights?
