How to lose weight with hypothyroidism??

Seriously how does one lose weight with hypothyroidism? I can’t seem to do it it’s becoming impossibly. I see the same 5 lbs go and come right back within days. It’s basically just water weight. I went from 50mg to 75mg and finally 88mg of Levothyroxine. According to most recent celiac antibodies I came back positive. So I’ve been avoiding gluten and even then no change.

Please share with me how you managed to lose or maintain your weight because I’m scared of gaining weight. I’m already a bigger person 40yr F, 5”7 , 240lbs I carry very proportionate (Thank God) but still frustrating. HELP

Donahues

I wished the show would have done an in-depth episode on the relation between Sue and Sean Donahue. We never got to see Nancy Donahue find out about Sean and Sue. All we saw was Sue tell Frankie, I would have loved a full episode on The Donahue reacting to Sean liking Sue and the possibility of them marrying and being connected to The Heck’s forever!!etc. haha

Low miles/km for a used car?

Hello, I’m looking for a second vehicle for my family of 5. Mainly something we can use for driving kids to sports and running errands in town. Currently drive a 2019 Honda Odyssey XL and it’s terrible for gas.

I’ve been looking at FB marketplace and all the Hondas and Toyotas I’m looking at have very low miles for being “older” vehicles. They can’t all be tampered with can they? I’m always a believer that if something is so great why would anyone get rid of it? So I automatically have trust issues with the sale.

Help !! How can I move past this and figure out which car is best?

Thanks

My family and I (6 total) just returned from a florida vacation that included 3 days at WDW. We literally argued most of the trip the heat and exhaustion is real. I found myself telling my kids “ we’re the darn heck’s right now!” Arguing and not making any progress felt like we spent most of our time in the bathroom and deciding where to go next.
Once we arrived home I put the episode on and verified that we sure couldn’t get along. Lol 😂Not proud of it but now I know why I like The Middle so much. It’s so darn relatable some days.

I won’t be returning to WDW until my kids are young adults 😂
