I'm going to be visiting Austin, TX here soon and was wondering where a fun store would be to play some casual commander? Mostly between Bracket 3 and 4. Not actively seeking cEDH, but I do have a deck to play if the pod chooses to.

Recently pulled [[Test of Endurance]] from a booster pack and thought it would be perfect for a lot of commander decks, but I'm seeing only about 1% of decks run the card.

Just curious why that is. Would it be considered too much of a kill on sight card?
