Gdbenefits help?

Howdy,

Yesterday me and my class was given the rundown on "now that we're employees, we got some more paper work to do." My question is about the benefits portal and the w4 shenanigans. It redirects me to fidelity, which I used for a previous job, and the kicker is it still thinks I'm with them. I'm flipping through the packet and can't find anywhere that tells me what to do if I've been on fidelity before. Has this happened to anyone else, if so how'd you go about it? It's frustrating not seeing the thing the packet shows.

Can They Improve the New Hire Pipeline? Rant from an upcoming new hire.

There are a dozen places you have to provide the same information to, none of those places communicate with each other in an efficient way as to avoid schedule conflicts. They need my replies right away, time sensitive, but every time I need something from them it always takes days to weeks before I hear anything back.

Eb is big, loads of people actively work there and even more getting their feet in the door. And I get there are security clearances to navigate. But holy cow, does it have to be like this? Has nobody in a high enough position thought of streamlining the process even a bit? Was it easier or harder for the souls who came before me?

Lack of Notifications

It's been two days since I played last, and today I boot up and got no new notifications. Nobody stole records, played/commented my levels. Granted, I'm not the top of the popularity board, but I still managed to get a decent amount of notifs before.

Is this a sign of the game falling off? Is it just a fluke? Have any of you noticed anything to corroborate my finding? What do you all think?

On [bedrock], why can't I only invite one specific friend to my world? Other people keep joining.

I'm using the switch version of bedrock, which leads me to think it's more a switch issue than it is specifically minecraft bedrock. I'm still asking here in case it does pertain to the physical game.

I set up a world that I want only one other person to play in. However, I keep getting joined by a few other people on my friend's list. Without setting up a realm, and without physically unfriending the people, is there a way to ensure only my intended friend is the only other person who can join?

I do apologize if it has been asked/answered before. I tried searching for answers before asking myself and couldn't find quite what I was looking for.
