Anyone know the sauce recipe for Honey BBQ wings KFC had in the 90’s?

I’m trying to remember a movie I saw on Fox in the 90’s. The best I can’t remember is the 2 robbers(maybe 3) who took a female police officer hostage who was pregnant but didn’t look it. In the end they surrendered themselves and packed the money they had in her jacket and let her go making visually appear that she was further along. I think it was somewhat a funny movie but not overly serious. This has been bugging me for decades any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
