Adult function report, online or in the mail?

Hey all. I hope you're all safe and as healthy as you can be!

I'm going through the process, and saw on step 3 that I needed to give them the adult function report. I happened to see it the same day they asked for it, so I took an hour and filled the whole thing out online, and then uploaded it in the same place I uploaded all my VA medical documents and whatnot.

This was on the 14th. Today, I just got a paper copy of that function report in the mail. Do I still need to do that one, too? Or is my online submission good enough? The portal still says they're asking for it. How do I know if they know I submitted it already?

I suppose I just have to call them?

Thanks for any info.

Cheers, and have a great night!

Blackpowder muzzle loader ID

This has been on my grandparents' wall as long as I can remember. They passed some years ago, and this made its way to me. I want to put it up on the wall in my basement bar.

But I do want to know what it actually is. The only words I can find say "Fine Twist." It might be a reproduction, or an inert display to begin with.

I know the ramrod is missing, and there is some damage to the hammer area, as well. It is not a functional firearm in this state, which is great. I don't want it to be. I just want to put some era appropriate paraphernalia around it because my bar has an old kind of vibe, so why not?

Any ideas?

Thanks to another user for the tip on how to remove the barrels to look for marks. It's all pretty worn and tough to read, but you experts can probably make more sense of it than I can.

Just got it yesterday and already took it on a nice, long trip. I loved every bit of it!

Cheers
