Basic colds
So my wife takes lacosamide so she can’t take
meds like DayQuil when she’s sick. It sucks watching her be sick and not being able to take anything to help ease the pain. I make sure she’s always got herbal teas, cough drops, and lots of fluids. We reached out to her doctor to see what she can take and they just responded nothing over the counter. So I wanted to know if you also take lacosamide, my wife takes 300mg a day. What do you do to help when you’re sick. And meds you know you can take with lacosamide
Update we got her a humidifier to help with congestion. She took vitamins like people suggested. She already takes what the doctor gives her but the new vitamins were too much for her body and made her throw up. The same happens to me when I take vitamin c without eating. So we got her almond milk so it’s a good amount of vitamin c and calcium but not too much for her stomach to handle. She’s feeling way better already thanks everybody!
