I’m a happy, social girl who loves meeting new people. I’ll happily greet strangers with a wagging tail and soak up all the belly rubs and scratches you have to offer. Everyone says my bright, sparkling eyes are one of my best features!

I get along wonderfully with other dogs and especially love wrestling with my doggy friends. I enjoy saying hello to new dogs too, even if I don’t always play with them. I have a moderate energy level, so I’m always up for an adventure but I’m just as happy to relax at home afterward.

I’m gentle on leash, stay close to my person, and have never shown aggression or resource guarding. I don’t have separation anxiety or an urge to escape. I sometimes bark when I want something, and I’m still learning to feel comfortable in my crate. I’m also working on my house training, so I’ll need a patient family to help me continue learning.

My life changed forever on October 16, 2024. I lived with my elderly owner and two other small dogs until one day, my owner suddenly collapsed and was taken to the hospital. In all the confusion, we escaped and wandered the streets. A kind woman brought us back home, but sadly, no one in the family wanted to care for us. We spent weeks confined to a room and forgotten. Soon after, my beloved owner passed away.

Thankfully, the kind woman never gave up on us. She found homes for my two doggy companions, but no one came for me. For over a year, I waited. Finally, she reached out to Best Buddy Jindo, and now I'm hoping my second chance is just around the corner.

I'm a gentle, affectionate girl with a soft heart and an incredibly silky black coat. I can seem a little shy when we first meet, but if you're kind and patient, I'll gladly accept pets. Once I trust you, I have a special way of showing my love—I look into your eyes and softly place my paw on your arm. My affection isn't loud or demanding. It's calm, mellow, and deeply comforting.

I get along wonderfully with other dogs. Sometimes I'm happy simply sharing space with my canine friends, and other times I enjoy a good wrestling session. I spent a month at a doggy daycare and absolutely loved playing with the other dogs there.

I haven't met an indoor cat yet. When I spot stray cats on walks, I get curious and may want to chase them, but it's fairly easy to redirect my attention.

I have a moderate-to-low energy level. I enjoy going for walks and exploring outdoors, but I'm equally happy to relax and unwind at home afterward. During walks, I like to walk a little ahead of my handler, though I don't pull much on the leash and follow guidance well. I'm also a confident and curious little adventurer who handles city life quite nicely.

I haven't shown any aggression, resource guarding, separation anxiety, or escape tendencies. I am fully housetrained, which makes settling into a new home much easier. I do bark when I hear noises outside, so a detached home would likely be the best fit for me. I'm also a little nervous about being placed into a crate, but once I'm inside, I settle down calmly.

Once I trust you, I’ll happily roll over and show you my belly. I’m also okay with being picked up and handled gently. Because I had repeated ear infections in the past, I’m sensitive about my ears being touched. Other than that, I enjoy affection and don’t mind being handled gently.

I’ve spent about a year in boarding waiting for my chance at a real home, and through it all, I’ve stayed happy, social, and full of love.

I’m a friendly boy who warms up quickly to new people—especially if treats are involved! I’m very food motivated, so winning me over is pretty easy. Once I feel comfortable, I’ll happily roll over for belly rubs.

I absolutely love other dogs and enjoy making new friends. I’ll happily invite dogs of all sizes to play, though very large dogs can make me a little nervous at first. My favorite thing is running around a yard and wrestling with my dog buddies.

I have a moderate-to-high energy level, so I’d love an active family who can help me burn off my energy with walks, playtime, and adventures. I’m still working on my leash manners and can pull a bit when I get excited, but I do try to follow my person.

I haven’t shown any aggression or resource guarding, and I don’t have separation anxiety. I’m crate trained, about 90% housetrained, and I don’t try to escape. Sometimes I bark when I want something, but mostly I’m just an affectionate, playful boy looking for someone to finally give me the loving forever home I’ve been waiting for 💛

I’m a super social, affectionate girl who absolutely loves people. I’m not shy at all—actually, I might roll over and show you my belly the moment we meet! Belly rubs, scratches, kisses… yes please to all of it 😄 I warm up quickly and just want to be everyone’s best friend. I’m gentle with kids and would fit beautifully into a big, loving family.

I’m also a total social butterfly with other dogs. Big or small, I don’t mind—I’ll happily trot over and invite them to play! I’ve been living around many small senior dogs and get along great with them, but I also have a playful, youthful side and still act like a happy, giddy puppy sometimes.

I even stayed in a home with three cats for a short time, so I may be able to live with feline friends too.

When I was just a puppy, I was kept in a storage room and meant for a life that didn’t have much love in it. But everything changed when kind people stepped in and gave me a second chance. Now I’m in a foster home, and I’m finally learning how wonderful life can be.

I’m a super affectionate and cuddly girl. I love people—like, really love them! I’m not shy with strangers at all… in fact, I might roll over and show you my belly within minutes (belly rubs are my favorite thing ever 😄). I live with a young kid right now, and he’s my best friend. I’m gentle, loving, and happiest when I’m close to my humans.

I spent a few months roaming the streets, and even though no one came looking for me, I never lost my friendly spirit. When we first meet, I might be a tiny bit shy, but give me a moment and I’ll open up quickly. Once I trust you, I’m all about affection — I’m happy to be petted and I don’t mind being picked up either.

I’m still in my puppyhood, so I’ve got lots of energy and a big love for adventure. Walks are one of my favorite things! I follow my handler nicely and I love sniffing and exploring the world around me. I’m polite on leash and not reactive to other dogs — I really try to be a good boy.

Speaking of dogs… I am SUPER social! For the past two months, I’ve been living with over 30 dogs, playing all day long. I’m playful, energetic, and love a good wrestle, but I also have great manners when meeting new dog friends. I’ve never shown aggression and I don’t guard my food or toys from people or dogs.

Kids don’t bother me either — I’ve calmly walked past an elementary school without any issues. I’ve even met a cat! I was curious, but gentle.
