IP65 12/10 Blue Smart Charger not showing on any devices
I have just bought a brand new IP65 12/10 Smart Charger and it won't show up in the Victron app on any device. I've tried all the button combinations I could find online and nothing works. I've tried my Pixel, my wife's iPhone, my Galaxy Tab A, a MacBook Pro and a Win11 PC. Nothing.
I really don't want to have to return this to the seller as they are on the other side of the country and I'd have to wait another two weeks for a replacement.
Any ideas?
