What parts of DAO would you consider to be the darkest or the best written darkness?

I am curious about what parts of DAO you would consider to be the darkest or best written darkness, considering the ongoing discussions about which DA game is the darkest.

As for me, I consider Orzammar in general to be the best written darkness in DAO. You have this utterly corrupt and unjust system, as well as the society that dehumanizes you simply because your same-sex parent is from a family where 16 generations ago the grandpa might have been shit.
Also the choice between Bhelen and Harrowmont shows it quite well. You have two bad options for ruling Orzammar and both of them will do some stuff that is quite uncomfortable. Bhelen with his mass backstabbing, killing and blackmailing. Harrowmont with his more systemic nonsense of even more casteless persecution.

The Broodmother is the obvious pick for body horror as it shows what awaits women that get captured by the Darkspawn. You lose yourself and get turned into a breeding machine, which is beyond horrifying, especially for female Wardens.
