Gel X Ocean Nails
$120 was expecting way more. Here’s what I got vs what I showed the nail technician. I only wanted certain nails from the inspo pic so I had to instruct her. I wanted the water pinkie but she gave me another shell- but I like the shell so I let it go and English wasn’t her language so she was already struggling to understand my instruction.
They didn’t have the seashell decal so I got a little gold clam instead
I like them but I would’ve preferred the pink starfish be a decal but she didn’t have it as a decal, so she freehanded it

I can’t do more than deer turds
Help me
I haven’t had a decent bowel movement in a week.
I’ve tried chugging coffee, water and I took 4 dulcolax soft chews and they did nothing but deer turds. I got real dulcolax and I’ve felt uncomfortable as hell but I can’t get cleaned out.
I just chugged a ton of black coffee and water cause I’m desperate. I started a new job this week and I’ve been doing significantly less exercise (new routine and no time for gym), drinking less water, less coffee (tried to drink more later in the week before I realized I’m super constipated as coffee keeps me regular normally) and then obviously I’m stressed out cause it’s a new job and I’m nervous as hell.
Idk what to do. I feel bloated and congested and tired.
