I didn't realise there was a clubcard just for 16-17 year olds, but I looked at what it offers and it is literally the normal clubcard but without online purchases, like genuinely who is using that.

I love their music sm but why does no one know them, they have concerts coming up and I really wanna go but no one is going with me 😭😭😭.

After some of our members' concern about predicted grades/results on user flairs, the mod team have discussed and came to the conclusion that predicted grades/results on user flairs will now be banned. This is to remove any discouragement for other people and keep this sub a welcoming and chill place.

Feel free to make a post about your grades as this sub will always be supportive and friendly, and we can all celebrate our achievements instead of just showing grades in flairs, which might come off as 'stuck up'.

People who have flairs with grades will now have their flairs reset. Hope you guys understand 🙌🏼

I have to go in everyday and I don't have that many non-contact periods because I take 4 A levels, but my friends who go to college only goes in for 3 days and have a 4 day weekend 😭😭 I'm so jealous

😭😭why did they increase the price...

Events today:

Firstly I woke up and made my family teas and then we went to get the results sheet.

Got my results but my envelope was a small size so the results sheet was folded in half and I could't open it 1 by 1 so I unintentionally looked at all my results at once and saw a few 9s (so so so happy).

Looked at the bottom and saw that I got an 8 in lit and a 7 in lang and quickly searched up the grade boundaries and found out that I was 1 mark off an 8 in lang, and I'm pretty happy that I was close to an A* (might appeal might not, asking my teacher for advice when I get my scripts back).

Counted up how many 9s I got (my dad said he would give me 60 pounds per 9) and found out that I was missing maths and further maths, turns out they were on a separate sheet because its a different exam board, and was really happy to see a 9 in maths (more money AHAHAHAHAH)

And then I saw the 9 in further maths?! I don't think its my paper because wtf I don't believe it, 73/80 and 75/80 ??? I'm so happy, for context, I cried after further maths paper 1 because I swear I missed a few questions out and got so frustrated with myself and basically gave up on a question but we'll see when I get the scripts back...

>!Eng lit (130/160) - 8 (flopped paper 2 but I'm still very happy because I got 61/64 on paper 1)!<

>!Eng lang (111/160) - 7 (still very happy because it means I got all As)!<

But the best part about today was that we went out to my favourite place for lunch and then had steak dinner 😛😛 and we went shopping in between and I finally got my ears pierced YIPPEEEEEE

Overall, today was brilliant, no one cried in my school out of sadness, everyone was proud of each other and food was so nice.

I'm going out for a steak dinner, thats the only reason I'm excited for the 20th of August.
