Im 99% i pushed my front teeth forward with mewing. Did I screw up?
Long time mewer here. Recently i started to develop tooth soreness. Also then i try to cleanch my jaw my upper front teeth dont meet bottom front teeth. Did I fucked up? Would appreciate advice.
