Looking for someone to take over our 2B/2B at Kindred in Golden Triangle (First Month Free!)
Hey everyone! My partner and I are looking for someone to take over our lease at Kindred in the Golden Triangle with a flexible move-in anytime in October.
We were the very first people to live in this unit, so everything is practically brand new and in amazing shape. It’s a super quiet, modern space in a great walkable part of town, but we have to head out before our lease ends on March 3rd (with the option to renew if you want to stay longer!). To help get someone moved in fast, I’m paying your first month’s rent, and there’s no security deposit needed. The Apartment: 2 Bed / 2 Bath (~1,200 sq. ft.): Split layout so both bedrooms have full privacy, huge windows with great natural light, and a private balcony. Super Quiet: Concrete floors and ceilings mean you honestly don't hear your neighbors at all.
