One life lesson I learnt

Yesterday I learnt a lesson that expectations are the killer of happiness. The moment you start expecting things from others, you starts giving them authority to have control over your happiness.
I blocked my both bestfriends yesterday. Tbh I don't think they did anything wrong. Actually it was me who started expecting so much. I wish I could have done this before but better late than never.
Now both are happy with their partners and here I'm roaming around my terrace. Overthinking about my decision and deeds.
he recently started dating someone and he started ghosting me. A person who used to share every single detail of his life now has started hiding things from me. And tbh I was totally okay with it. It's his life and he has all the rights to live it with his own principal. I didn't mind but one day he called me, told me that he had fight with her and now he's moving somewhere else. And I was like thik hai bhai soch samaj kar kar sab. Whatever happens in his life he'll share with me. But guess what, he said sorry to her and now they are again together. Koi problem nhi... Same goes with my female bestfriend. Jab bhi uske bande ke sath kuch bhi lafda hoga. She would call me and sab batayegi.
I was kept ignored for a very long time like this. Not a single person ever asked me dude is everything fine with you? Do you have anything to share?
Yesterday I had fight with my friend (friend hai ya girlfriend still a mystery). Usne aisi aisi baate boli. I could not handle it so I cut the call. I genuinely wanted to talk someone. I called these people. They knew I had fight. Unko yeh bhi pata tha I was hurt but Guess what both persons ignored me. One said I'm with my girlfriend in the mall. Talk you later and one said I'm heading with my boyfriend for panipuri. B.c
So I was done with both of them. I immediately blocked both without saying a word.
And soon I'm gonna out from that situationship wala chutiyapa. I'm done with this.
Ab dekho yeh sab batana to un dono ko tha khair aap logo ko bata rha hoo. Because I'm totally fckd right now and bass bhadas nikaalni thi.
Now I'm good. Mein chala rishikesh tapasya krne.
Or wo kisi ne to kaha hai ki akhir mein sab kuch jaane dene ka name hi zindagi hai.
